BMS Maschinenfabrik presents its new online parts catalogue, which is specially designed to revolutionise spare parts procurement and optimise maintenance processes. The innovative catalogue enables customers to find the right spare parts and components for their machines quickly and easily - all in one place and available around the clock.

‘With our new online parts catalogue, we offer our customers an intuitive and powerful platform that significantly simplifies their machine maintenance. From finding the right part to requesting a quote directly - everything is designed to increase efficiency and minimise downtime,’ explains Christian Poiger, Head of Aftersales & Service.

The project kicked off on 22 March 2024, when a brainstorming meeting gave rise to the idea of creating a digital catalogue to optimise the maintenance and spare parts ordering process. No sooner said than done, we got straight to work and a platform, including the associated database and app connection, was set up in record time - it took just under 4.5 months from the idea in March to connecting the first customers!

The special feature: Every customer who buys a machine from BMS is connected to the platform and has direct access to the parts catalogue in addition to an overview of all their machines. This catalogue provides detailed illustrations and technical data for each of the individual elements installed as well as the available spare parts. Using the search function, the customer can quickly and easily find the spare part they are looking for and request a quote for it directly online. This ensures maximum operational readiness of the machines.

BMSThe online parts catalogue will be presented as one of the trade fair highlights at this year's BrauBeviale.

With this new service, BMS is sending a clear signal in the direction of digitalisation and customer orientation and is proving to be a reliable partner for companies that depend on maximum efficiency and reliability.

The online parts catalogue will be presented as one of the trade fair highlights at this year's BrauBeviale in Nuremberg from 26-28 November.
