Thomas Lehmann (graduate engineer, age 56), co-owner of EOL Packaging Experts GmbH (EOL) and managing director of the subsidiary BMS Maschinenfabrik GmbH (BMS) is new CEO of the Group and managing director of the subsidiary A+F Automation + Fördertechnik GmbH. He is also to become a member of the board of the subsidiary Standard-Knapp, Inc. (S-K).
Thomas Lehmann replaces Kai Büntemeyer who will be ending his activities as CEO of EOL and managing director of A+F at the end of July. We wish him all the best and much success for the future. The managing directors of the other EOL subsidiaries, Jürgen Krämer of A+F, Mike Weaver of S-K, Sebastian Jost of BMS, will continue to carry out their roles and responsibilities as they do now.
Thomas Lehmann on his new role in the Group: «Working together with a strong management team I will be driving forward the expansion of the Group and ongoing development of the respective locations to offer our customers even better end-of-line packaging solutions for the food and beverage industry. My philosophy for successful entrepreneurial leadership is best explained using a football club as an example: individual players can score goals and win a match, but the championship can only be won with the right tactical philosophy, the right coaching staff and a motivated team.»
A customer-oriented approach, cooperation based on trust and a fair working relationship have always been Thomas Lehmann’s guiding principles. Commenting on his new tasks and the challenges ahead Thomas Lehmann adds «In the coming months I shall be concentrating on getting to know and gaining an insight into the individual companies in order to develop a common vision and mission.
